ENTRY GUIDE

Start your Entry Process

The entry process is designed to be straightforward. The most competitive entries focus on clear evidence — deal credentials, financial performance data, client outcomes, and concrete examples — rather than general capability statements.

Entries are submitted through the online portal. Your progress is saved automatically and you do not need to complete your entry in one session.

How to enter?

Select your categories. Review the full category list and identify the categories most relevant to your institution. You may enter multiple categories.
Register. Create an account on the entry portal. One account can manage multiple entries for the same institution.

FAQs

Can we enter more than one category?
Yes. Institutions are encouraged to enter all categories for which they have a strong submission. Each category is assessed independently.
Is there an entry fee?
Entry is free.
What evidence should we include?
The strongest entries combine quantitative performance data — loan volumes, deal values, fee income, market share, client retention — with qualitative evidence of strategy and execution. Mandates, transaction credentials, and anonymised client case studies all strengthen an entry.
Is my financial data confidential ?
Yes. All financial and client data is reviewed exclusively by the independent judging panel under NDA. Data is not shared with other entrants, sponsors, or third parties.
Why attend the ceremony?
The ceremony is part of Dubai Future Finance Week, bringing together the MENA region's senior corporate and investment banking community in one room. All shortlisted institutions are strongly encouraged to attend.
